REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At JUYELUX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

* Unworn and unused
* In its original condition
* In the original packaging
* Complete with all accessories, tags, and included materials

Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or returned without the original packaging may not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable

Please keep the item and its original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, JUYELUX will review the issue and may cover the applicable return shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or other applicable reasons. Any product-specific return restrictions will be stated on the product page.
